Supported Charities

The principal aim is to raise money for charities in Kwa-Zulu Natal. Any registered charity or non-profit organisation may approach the 31 Club for funding. A copy of their annual financial statements, Chairman's report and letter of appeal for a specific project is required before allocation is considered.

The charities are monitored with regular visits and by attending their AGM's to ensure that all donated funds are spent as per their appeal. Approximately 40 charities benefitted by R450 000 in 2009.

For Companies that would like to contribute but are not sure which charity to choose, the 31 Club offers the ideal vehicle as we donate to over 50 charities in the KZN area, covering a broad spectrum of need. The 31 Club members work in an entirely voluntary capacity and this means that all funds raised are distributed to these charities.
